What happens when my customer repeatedly uploads a print file and/or it is repeatedly checked by the print-shop? In this case repeat fees are charged
NO! Fees are charged only when your customer has placed an order. Not for uploads or checks.
Can my print-shop also be accessible under my own domain?
"YES, this is possible- The simplest method is to register a domain and to create a frame set. The following procedure would be optimal: After ordering a domain from your provider, have your domain registered on our IP-Address and give us your domain name per e-mail. After adjustment on our part your print-shop will be available under the new domain. "
"Do I need to re-register for print-shop 2 if I am already a print-shop 1 customer or would it be automatic?
Printshop 2 is an independent solution for which new registration is required
"Can I design the customer interface of the print-shop myself?"
The Print-shop display pages are based on HTML SMARTY templates and you can change them independently. In this case please contact us.
In Print-shop 2 can I now offer trade items?
YES, this function is available in Print-shop 2
Do I have to have my customer information checked?
Every article can be provided with a Check-Rule. This can also be "No check".
Do you offer an entry service e.g. in order to set up my products or to create individual graphics?
